About The Position
Welcome guests with genuine island hospitality—warm, engaging, and always upbeat. Craft cocktails and beverages with precision, creativity, and a little Margaritaville flair. Stay current on beverage trends so you can recommend favorites and hidden gems. Keep your bar clean, organized, and fully stocked—ready for whatever the day (or night) brings. Handle multiple drink orders with efficiency while keeping the vibe relaxed and fun. Navigate the POS system (Toast experience is a plus) to manage tabs and payments accurately. Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment. Work side-by-side with servers, bartenders, and kitchen team members to keep operations seamless. Turn guest concerns into positive experiences with professionalism and care. Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the island dream work.
Requirements
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving a wide variety of beverages
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred)
- At least 1 year of bartending experience
- Understanding of alcohol laws and responsible service practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- A high-energy personality that thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
