About The Position

No call goes unanswered. No message slips through the cracks. As a BDC Specialist at our Brentwood location, you are the first voice customers hear and the first message they receive. You will guide people through their EV journey, keep deals moving, and make sure every interaction is fast, warm, and helpful. This is a high-ownership role. You set the tone for the customer experience — from the first hello to a signed deal. If you stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and take pride in a clean inbox and a full follow-up queue, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Reliable and organized — you follow through on everything
  • Strong communicator: clear writing, clear speech, good listening
  • Calm and positive under pressure
  • Comfortable picking up new software and systems

Nice To Haves

  • Prior BDC or customer-facing experience is a plus — attitude and work ethic matter most
  • Bilingual or multilingual is a strong bonus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers via phone and text — quickly, warmly, and helpfully
  • Ensure zero missed calls and zero missed messages
  • Answer questions about vehicles, services, and the buying process (we will train you on the EV side)
  • Follow up consistently to keep customers engaged and deals progressing
  • Turn frustrated customers into satisfied ones through patience and honesty
  • Keep our CRM updated and accurate — details matter
  • Connect customers with what they need, even when they are still figuring it out
  • Work alongside our Brentwood sales and service teams
  • Share customer feedback so we can keep improving
