About The Position

Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and self-driven individual to join our team as a BDC Service Representative. This role serves as the first point of contact for service customers, responsible for scheduling appointments, following up on service needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through various communication channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing automotive group.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, BDC, appointment setting, or automotive environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and through digital communication.
  • Comfortable making both inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Automotive service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, text, and online channels.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers.
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding service reminders, declined services, maintenance recommendations, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information within the dealership CRM system.
  • Utilize dealership scripts, processes, and workflow tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Service Managers to maximize appointment retention and service lane efficiency.
  • Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business.
  • Manage appointment schedules and maintain strong communication with service department personnel.
  • Generate customer interest in recommended maintenance and service offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records and complete required reports in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
