About The Position

Priority Toyota Chesapeake is looking for a motivated Service BDC Representative to join our fast-paced, high-energy service department. Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills
  • Comfortable on the phone and able to handle a high call volume
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC or call-center experience is a plus, but not required
  • A positive attitude and a team-player mentality

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound service calls with professionalism and urgency
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth service experience
  • Work closely with service advisors and management to meet department goals
  • Maintain accurate records and communication logs
