About The Position

Audi Millburn is seeking a high-performing Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join their award-winning team. The dealership features a brand-new, spectacular, state-of-the-art showroom. This role focuses on customer vehicle retention and service mining, as well as internet sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer vehicle retention and service mining
• Previous automotive dealership BDC or internet sales experience
• Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
• Outstanding follow-up skills
• Team player mentality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, including CRM proficiency
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older
