About The Position

Franklin Sussex Auto Mall is looking for experienced BDC Representatives! This is an entry-level opportunity with strong earning potential, ideal for someone eager to break into automotive sales or grow an existing skill set. We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to join our dealership’s internet sales team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Automotive experience is a bonus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet inquiries, leads, and customer questions
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Provide a professional, friendly first impression of the dealership
• Work closely with the sales team to help drive showroom traffic
