Business Development Center (BDC) Representative McGrath Arlington Kia – Palatine, IL McGrath Arlington Kia is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced BDC Representative to join our team as we prepare to open our brand-new, state-of-the-art Kia facility in the coming weeks. Requirements
- Previous BDC or automotive sales experience required
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Driven, organized, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads, calls, and internet inquiries
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Follow up consistently with customers via phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
- Work closely with sales and management to maximize opportunities
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
