About The Position
Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to join their team at Clermont CDJR. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a large, family-owned automotive group in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The position involves handling customer inquiries, setting appointments, and re-engaging customers to drive sales and service. Compensation includes an hourly base pay plus commission, with an average annual potential of $38,000–$55,000+.
Requirements
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
- Automotive experience helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries
- Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates
- Re-engage missed and no-show customers
- Contact customers regarding current marketing incentives
- Provide product information and highlight key features
- Maintain organized follow-up through CRM to encourage repeat and referral business
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
