About The Position

Fox Motors is seeking a BDC Representative for an opening in Traverse City, MI at Fox Grand Traverse. The BDC Representative is responsible for establishing and managing a book of business, gathering customer information, scheduling and keeping appointments, and following up with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously and in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Prior BDC experience preferred but not required
Experience with the VIN Solutions CRM tool is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Respond to all incoming internet inquiries and online chats
Provide continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customer's buying cycle
Set sales appointments for customers and assign to appropriate sales staff
Keep a daily log of appointments and communicate with management
Utilize dealership database for all customer contact, appointments, tracking and notes
Convey general information regarding current inventory or specials
