About The Position

The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for owning and executing dealer acquisition strategy, including market segmentation, outreach planning, and pipeline development to drive revenue impact. This role independently identifies target markets, refines engagement strategies, and uses performance data to optimize lead quality and conversion outcomes. Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, the BDC Representative exercises independent judgment to influence pipeline direction and support overall business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute dealer acquisition strategy, including market segmentation, targeting, and outreach planning.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and dealer profiles based on business objectives and performance data.
  • Develop, test, and refine outreach strategies to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion outcomes.
  • Analyze pipeline performance and market feedback to adjust strategy and optimize results.
  • Make data-driven decisions on messaging, positioning, and approach to maximize revenue impact.
  • Partner with Sales to align pipeline strategy with revenue goals and market opportunities.
  • Influence pipeline direction by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity while leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
