We're seeking naturally upbeat individuals who thrive on making connections and enjoy a vibrant, team-oriented environment. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the friendly voice setting appointments and building lasting relationships with our clients. Excellent role for someone with prior BDC, Car Sales or Call Center experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in BDC, Auto Sales or Call Center Required
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to control conversations and overcome objections
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-motivated with a production mindset—not just activity-based work
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Turn inbound internet leads into confirmed showroom appointments
  • Work unsold traffic, missed opportunities, and service-to-sales opportunities
  • Phone, text, and email with speed, professionalism, and persistence
  • Setting appointments that show and sell
  • Relentless, structured follow-up that drives results
  • Accurate notes, pipeline tracking, and task management
