  • Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record

Responsibilities

  • Forecast and set monthly goals for BDC Staff
  • Work closely with Sales and Service Management to align goals and ensure those goals are met and exceeded
  • Track all department statistics: weekly traffic, inbound and outbound call numbers, appointments made, appointments kept (and no shows), and purchases
  • Accurately calculate monthly commission for team members and submit to management
  • Create processes and procedures to verify all leads are logged into the CRM system
  • Responsible for hiring and training of BDC representatives
  • Other duties as assigned
