Requirements
- Must be able to work some evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
- We are open Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm, and Saturdays 8am to 7pm
- We are closed on Sundays
- Call center experience is a plus but not required
- Guest relations experience is a plus but not required

- Effectively manage a high volume of work
- Build rapport with guests
- Enhance the service process by creating a first class guest experience
- Provide an exceptional first impression when speaking with guests
