About The Position

MotorWorld is presently seeking a new team member to join as a BDC Sales Coordinator for our expanding department. This role offers $15 per hour with a performance-based commission structure. It requires full-time in-person availability, entailing a flexible 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate for this position should be self-motivated, goal oriented, possess proficient computer skills, and be focused on providing great customer service. There is NO face-to-face communication or selling involved. Your goal will be to set sales appointments to positively impact sales volume and customer satisfaction standards while conducting business ethically and professionally.

Responsibilities

Effectively communicating with customers who are in the market for a vehicle through phone calls, email, chat, and text.
Setting sales appointments to positively impact sales volume and customer satisfaction standards.
Handling Internet Sales Leads with a focus on scheduling Sales Appointments for our Sales Department.
Utilizing Sales Phone Scripts for Outbound/Inbound Calls.
Utilizing Objection Techniques.
Following all Internet Lead Handling processes and procedures.
Achieving Daily Goals as set by management.
Meeting KPI Performance Appointment Goals.
Following up with customers who have visited the dealership.
Assisting in other areas when needed.
