About The Position

We are looking for a full or part time, dependable, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our service administrative team. This role is for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, customer oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Must have EXCELLENT customer service skills both in person and on the phone.
  • Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Must be able to work rotating Saturdays 8:00am - 1:00pm
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls to the service department and schedule service appointments
  • Make outgoing appointment calls
  • Customer follow up calls
  • Check on special order parts and schedule installation of parts
  • Check for open recalls
  • Scan service work orders and filing - keep office organized
  • Misc items as needed
