We have a great opportunity for a BDC Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities in our Business Development Center located in the Waverley Auto Mall. This is an entry level position that provides you with a launch into the exciting automotive industry. Requirements

  • Customer service, call centre or switchboard experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Attention to detail and highly driven to succeed
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday and/or Holidays

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for booking service appointments, prospecting and follow-up
  • Book appointments for customers who contact The CROWN Auto Group
  • Answering online inquires and answering incoming calls
  • Maintain accurate information and up-to-date data about manufacturers recommended maintenance services
  • Keeping accurate and relevant customer information in our system
  • Making appointment reminder phone calls, and making any necessary changes to the appointments if needed
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with our service
  • Other duties as required by the management team
