About The Position

Bannister Automotive Group is hiring a Service Booking Specialist to support their dealership service departments across BC and Alberta. The centralized booking team plays an important role in the customer experience by helping clients schedule and manage their service appointments while supporting multiple dealership locations. This is a high-energy, team-oriented role focused on customer communication, organization, and relationship building. This position is currently for maternity leave coverage, with potential for a long-term opportunity.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working on both phones and computers throughout the day
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is not required. We’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound customer calls
  • Booking and adjusting service appointments
  • Following up with existing customers regarding recommended maintenance and service
  • Supporting multiple dealership service departments
  • Managing customer information and appointment details accurately and efficiently
  • Working closely with internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience
