About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing dealership team! As a BDC Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping create a seamless and positive experience from the very first interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule service & sales appointments
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online chat
  • Follow up with customers and confirm appointments
  • Re-engage “no show” customers and reschedule visits
  • Manage and update customer records in CRM (VinSolutions)
  • Handle internet leads from initial contact through appointment setting
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments on appointments
  • Stay current on automotive terminology, products, and manufacturer programs
  • Support marketing campaigns by contacting customers about promotions
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with moving and positioning vehicles as needed
  • Occasionally demonstrate vehicles to customers
  • Support team operations and complete additional assigned tasks
