About The Position

Ottawa Toyota is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join their team. This role involves scheduling appointments, maintaining an organized schedule, conducting post-repair follow-ups, and contacting customers for recall and warranty work. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and can work with limited supervision.
