Bannister Automotive Group is looking for a Service Booking Specialist to join our centralized Service Booking team, supporting dealership service departments across British Columbia and Alberta. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to meet you. No automotive experience or post-secondary education? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know. We're looking for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and confident speaking on the phone
- Organized and comfortable multitasking
- Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
- Comfortable learning new computer systems
- Positive, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Booking and adjusting service appointments
- Answering inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Following up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and service
- Coordinating with dealership service departments to provide a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining accurate customer information and appointment details
- Using multiple computer systems throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
