About The Position

Stonebriar Chevrolet is looking to add a new position to our team. We are looking for someone to assist our Service Advisors with the BDC and their work load. This position will be involved working with our Advisors, with our BDC and can include working with customers. If you have experience working in a service department or BDC this may be a great opportunity for you.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
• A can-do attitude that enjoys meeting challenges and taking care of customers
• A mindset committed to meeting your established goals and exceeding them
• Must be able to work your assigned shift and be on time
• A desire to represent the company well in your appearance and communications

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a service department or BDC

Responsibilities

• Working with other Business Development Center teammates to achieve the required goals for the department
• Work with our Advisor to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and department goals are met.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment and move between various groups of people to include customers, staff and supervisors.
• Ability to use various computer programs, once trained, in an efficient and effective manner.
