About The Position

Dealership: Lithia & Driveway/Carousel – Supporting 30 stores across Minnesota and Michigan, and Iowa including both domestic and import dealerships. As a BDC Service Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Service departments. Your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and customers happy. Basic computer skills
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up
Maintain and organize our customer database
Stay up-to-date on Audi product info, promotions, and pricing
Help convert leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and excellent service
Coordinate schedules and keep things running like a well-oiled machine
