About The Position

Business at Sterling BMW is better than ever, and we need an additional Service BDC Representative for our Service Department to help us keep up with increasing demand to fulfill our customers’ needs. In this vital role, you will communicate with our Service Customers to make sure that their vehicles are scheduled for maintenance. As a Business Development Representative for our Service Department, you will be an important point of contact and an integral part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Polished, professional, and customer-focused

  • Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner
  • Strong time management skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound phone calls, and tend to customer needs
  • Scheduling and setting appointments for Service
  • Reaching out to customers whose vehicles are due for service
  • Follow up with via phone, email, and text
  • General administrative duties, as assigned
  • Maintain outstanding phone etiquette
  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience
