Key duties include managing and maintaining communication devices and transportation vehicles, conducting inspections and maintenance of facilities to meet health and safety standards, and handling transportation and accommodation arrangements for personnel. The Quartermaster is also responsible for providing training and guidance to subordinates or new staff on inventory management and other logistical procedures, ensuring all procurement aligns with the organization’s budget, and conducting regular audits. This is an emergency essential position, requiring employees to work, including after-hours, weekends, and during public emergencies.
