BHIW is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Health Services Policy Analyst to support the Breast & Cervical Cancer Project (BCCP) and WISEWOMAN programs. This role is integral in ensuring high-quality program performance, data accuracy, and compliance with state and federal requirements. Develop and implement evaluation and performance measurement plans for BCCP and WISEWOMAN programs. Extract, clean, and analyze program data using MySQL and statistical methods. Maintain data dictionaries and ensure accuracy of clinical coding and program data. Build and update Power BI dashboards to support program monitoring and reporting. Conduct data audits, ensure data privacy compliance, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare analytical reports, projections, and input for federal grant applications. Provide technical assistance and training to users of the client management system (Med‑IT). Support strategic planning and continuous quality improvement with analytical insights. Oversee testing and deployment of information system modifications and manage system access. Coordinate data submissions (MDE) to CDC and participate in national performance measure calls.
