About The Position

This position is responsible for managing and reviewing data related to eligibility, enrollment, annual recertifications, and redeterminations for participants in the DD-operated Medicaid 1915(c) home and community-based services (HCBS) waivers. It also involves monitoring Medicaid eligibility for individuals enrolled in the DDA-administered HCBS waivers and managing data for the Medicaid enrollment process and related DDA eligibility tasks.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • One year of experience performing qualitative or quantitative analysis.
  • Candidates may substitute eighteen credit hours towards a Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Health Care Administration, Public Policy or closely related field from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
  • Possession of a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland may be required for certain duties.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong data and analytical skills including but not limited to using various systems and creating dashboards, pivot tables, reports, and other visuals.
  • Ability to review documents carefully, spot inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Experience managing multiple data streams, tracking outstanding items, and maintaining accurate records.
