Requirements

  • ABAI-Accredited Graduate Degree
  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Behavior Analyst License
  • Ability to work through interruptions, manage multiple priorities and efficiently navigate high intensity situations
  • Exceptional leadership and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of experience as a practicing BCBA preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience with adolescent and adult ages preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete initial and recurring assessments
  • Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and Treatment Plans
  • Develop and monitor BIPs and Skill Acquisition programs
  • Systematically evaluate the development and implementation of treatment plans by direct observation, review of documentation, data collection, and analysis
  • Develop and implement caregiver training as written in treatment plans
  • Analyze data regularly and make necessary modifications to ensure client progress
  • Confidently maintain client records
  • Support company policies by conducting corrective action and Performance Improvement Plans
  • Lead monthly staff meetings to include: program changes, new client arrivals, challenges to programs and BIPs, team building
  • Maintain professional conduct with clients, families, and staff
  • Complete Performance Evaluations for frontline therapists and RBTs
  • Provide and document in-the-moment feedback to RBTs and initiate continual training when needed
  • Provide field supervision to RBT’s (5% per employee)
  • Protect client’s rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal, medical, and financial information per HIPAA
  • Perform other duties as assigned
