About The Position

Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Philadelphia clinic. This role is designed to support BCBAs by reducing administrative work and providing a strong clinical support system. The position is fully center-based, meaning all sessions occur within the professional Philadelphia clinic, eliminating the need for home visits or commuting between locations. Flywheel Centers offers real clinical support, including a dedicated BCBA supervisor for every BCBA, an engaged Clinical Director, and a collaborative team culture. A BT Liaison team handles scheduling and communication, allowing BCBAs to focus on clients and supervision. The company provides QA Systems & Goal Banks with tools, templates, and systems to reduce busywork and streamline planning, along with reasonable caseloads to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes. There are also growth opportunities with clear pathways to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.

Requirements

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

Provide direct ABA therapy to clients within the clinic setting.
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs).
Collaborate with the clinical team and Clinical Director.
Focus on clients and supervision while the liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
Utilize QA Systems & Goal Banks to streamline planning.
Manage a reasonable caseload to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
