Requirements

• 2-3+ years of residential painting experience
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Takes pride in workmanship and final results
• Comfortable working in homes and interacting with clients
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
• Able to work independently when needed
• Ability to work on ladders and physically demanding job sites
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior residential painting
• Prep surfaces (patching, sanding, caulking, masking, etc.)
• Deliver clean, high-quality finishes on every job
• Work independently and as part of a team on job sites
• Communicate professionally with clients and crew members
