Make a Real Impact At The Treetop ABA, we provide personalized, evidence-based ABA therapy that changes lives. You’ll partner with families to deliver meaningful, individualized treatment through a balanced hybrid schedule —a minimum of 3 days in-person , plus up to 2 days remote per week. Your Role Design & Implement ABA Programs: Create individualized treatment plans that drive meaningful progress Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide clinical decisions Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Provide supportive coaching and clinical leadership Collaborate with Families: Partner with caregivers to set goals and celebrate successes Balanced Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy flexibility with a mix of in-clinic and remote work Stay Current: Engage in ongoing training and evidence-based best practices

Requirements

  • Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
  • Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.
  • Passion for Compassionate Care – A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services.
  • Adaptable & Driven – Comfortable thriving in both clinic and remote environments, adjusting to evolving needs.

  • Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)
