About The Position

The Treetop ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Arizona. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of 3 days in-clinic and up to 2 days remote per week. Requirements

Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification.
Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement personalized ABA therapy plans.
Conduct assessments and track client progress using data.
Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching and expertise.
Partner with families to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust.
Manage a hybrid caseload, balancing in-clinic and remote work.
Stay current with the latest ABA research and best practices.
