About The Position

At The Treetop ABA, we provide personalized, evidence-based ABA therapy that changes lives. You’ll partner with families to deliver meaningful, individualized treatment through a balanced hybrid schedule—a minimum of 3 days in-person , plus up to 2 days remote per week.

Requirements

Active BCBA and Arizona LBA certification (required)
Experience in developing and implementing ABA programs
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Passion for working with children and making a difference
Ability to collaborate with families in a clinic-based, in-person setting

Responsibilities

Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices

Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential
