About The Position
The Treetop ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Arizona. This role focuses on providing personalized, evidence-based ABA therapy that changes lives. The BCBA will partner with families to deliver meaningful, individualized treatment through a balanced hybrid schedule, with a minimum of 3 days in-person and up to 2 days remote per week. Responsibilities
- Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
- Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
- Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
- Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
- Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices

- Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential
