About The Position

A BCBA role built around YOU - choose the clients you support, build a schedule that works for you, enjoy a low caseload, and earn a sign-on bonus plus up to $12,000 in additional bonuses. At Connect n Care ABA, we believe BCBAs should have a voice in what their work actually looks like. We're looking for a BCBA to join our Fayetteville, NC team in a 100% in-person role - but that doesn't mean you're locked into a rigid schedule or handed a caseload you didn't choose.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Ability to provide services in person

• Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
