About The Position

Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification for at least three years.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience managing cases for children aged 12 months to 12 years.
  • Master's degree (transcript required).
  • Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
  • Up-to-date TB test and BLS training.
  • Adherence to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee in-home programs for children.
  • Ensure children are receiving the best possible care.
  • Conduct occasional in-person training (e.g., Safety-Care, onboarding).
  • Manage caseloads effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team during monthly meetings.
  • Supervise technicians.
