Requirements

Current BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs
Experience in community-based, residential, or adult service settings
Strong data analysis, documentation, and clinical assessment skills
Experience training and coaching direct care staff

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and preference assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill-acquisition plans
Analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions and measure outcomes
Provide coaching, training, and support to direct support staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with program teams, families, guardians, and external stakeholders
Ensure documentation and clinical services meet regulatory, funding, and BACB ethical standards
Support quality assurance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
Respond professionally to behavioral service concerns, questions, and grievances
Participate in interdisciplinary and interagency meetings as needed
