As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-DDA Adult Services, you will play a critical role in transforming lives, designing and delivering evidence-based interventions that drive meaningful progress, independence, and dignity for adults with developmental disabilities. Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs
  • Experience in community-based, residential, or adult service settings
  • Strong data analysis, documentation, and clinical assessment skills
  • Experience training and coaching direct care staff

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and preference assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill-acquisition plans
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions and measure outcomes
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to direct support staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with program teams, families, guardians, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure documentation and clinical services meet regulatory, funding, and BACB ethical standards
  • Support quality assurance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Respond professionally to behavioral service concerns, questions, and grievances
  • Participate in interdisciplinary and interagency meetings as needed
