About The Position

Mass Pediatric ABA is seeking a part-time, experienced, and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide 100% remote services to clients and families. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of clients through in-home ABA therapy and support. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred due to the company's commitment to expanding services for Spanish-speaking families and providing culturally responsive care. Requirements

  • Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Previous ABA Experience
  • Completed CORI background check
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
  • Ability to provide culturally responsive care to diverse families

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
  • Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision.
  • Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
  • Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
  • Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
  • Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish speaking families (as applicable)
