Requirements

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
Good standing with the BACB.
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
Completion of BACB Supervisor Training.
Proficiency in obtaining 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
Top-notch communication skills.
Ability to write reports.
Ability to manage a team.
Strong time management and independent work skills.
Must submit a transcript showing a Master's degree.
Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience supervising children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision to technicians in home settings.
Conduct in-person field visits and remote supervision.
Manage a caseload of 110 Billable Standard.
Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration.
Collaborate with a dedicated scheduling team.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
Maintain up-to-date TB test and BLS training.
