Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professionals training. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years of ABA experience
  • Experience with assessments and behavior plans
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license (travel may be required)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists
  • Conduct FBAs, assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS), and develop BIPs
  • Oversee client progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Provide caregiver training and support
  • Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA service delivery
