Collaborating closely with caregivers, educators, therapists, and physicians, Program Directors ensure seamless coordination of care, leading to high treatment fidelity and enriched learning environments. They also play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical curriculum, ensuring intervention approaches are progressive, evidence-based, and aligned with the latest research. Program Directors lead by example, embracing FirstSteps' values and mission, and inspiring the entire team to foster a culture of empathy, understanding, and growth.
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree or Ph.D
- BCBA credential
- A minimum of one-year prior experience in a similar role with exemplary performance
- Strong interest in compassionate care treatment model
Responsibilities
- Client Care: ABA Program Design + Implementation
- Supervision, Management, and Mentorship of our clinical team members
- Coordination of Care with treating clinicians/physicians and funders
- Leadership, Professional Development, and Contribution to positive company culture
