About The Position

This role offers significant ownership and autonomy in managing a clinical center. The Clinical Director will set the clinical standard, develop the team, and ensure the quality of care, with the authority to shape how the center operates. The company provides strong support through dedicated teams for scheduling, billing, authorizations, and RBT recruiting, allowing the Director to focus on clinical leadership and staff development. The position is also involved with innovative clinical tools and practices, such as the Gracent Care Calculator, and contributes to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

• BCBA certification, licensed in TX and in good standing
• Supervisory or leadership experience, and the judgment to develop other clinicians
• Comfort owning both clinical quality and operational health — you're fluent in the data
• Clear, proactive communication and a high clinical bar
• Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical quality and day-to-day operations for your center
• Supervise your team and actively support their development
• Manage performance and team accountability, including interdisciplinary collaboration
• Support hiring — help build the team you actually want to lead
• Partner with families and lead family engagement
• Keep the center audit- and review-ready (compliance you can stand behind)
