About The Position
Peak Potential Therapy is seeking a full-time Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical quality and team development across multiple locations. This leadership opportunity focuses on clinical leadership, supervision, accountability, documentation oversight, parent communication, and strengthening the ABA team. The role involves direct clinical involvement as needed within a growing multidisciplinary organization providing ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services.
Requirements
- BCBA certification required
- Ohio COBA licensure required
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 3+ years of BCBA experience
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs and RBTs
- Support clinician development through coaching and mentorship
- Ensure consistency in clinical standards and documentation
- Conduct performance evaluations and accountability conversations
- Monitor clinical quality and team performance metrics
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Partner with leadership on operational and strategic priorities
- Assist with parent concerns and clinical escalations
