About The Position

This leadership position within the center offers BCBAs the opportunity to champion clinical excellence, mentor a dedicated team, and create a thriving culture for both the team and clients. Clinicians have the freedom to design treatment plans based on client needs, utilizing their full expertise and tools, supported by a network of resources and collaborative clinical committees.

Requirements

• Must be a certified BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Background check required, which may include criminal history and driving record, conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws.
