About The Position

At Surpass Behavioral Health, Clinical Directors are empowered to focus on delivering exceptional care and making a lasting difference in the lives of those they serve. Surpass handles administrative tasks such as credentialing, authorization requests, insurance denials, and RBT scheduling, allowing the Clinical Director to dedicate time and energy to client care. Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• At least three years or more working with children on the autism spectrum in a clinical or multidisciplinary team setting
• Demonstrates integrity by following BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
