About The Position

Responsible for maintaining facilities at an assigned facility and/or company retail stores. Follows defined procedures and processes for repairing and/or replacing equipment and fixtures. The role is based at 1133 Kingwood Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia 23502, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $20–$25, depending on experience. The position works under close supervision and follows clearly defined standard operating procedures. Employees may be assigned shifts of 8–10 hours and must be available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary and assigned. Travel requirements vary by assignment.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic technical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed.
• Ability to work assigned 8–10-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, with exposure to temperature and humidity changes and moderate-to-high noise levels.
• Ability to meet the physical demands described in the posting, including frequent sitting, walking, standing, handling objects and tools, repetitive foot movements, crouching, kneeling, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
