About The Position

Meridian Adhesives Group is a global adhesive solutions provider serving electronics, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Batch Makers mix raw chemical materials to create the company’s products. They follow batch work instructions, monitor mixing equipment, and adjust batches with guidance from Quality Control until approved. The role follows the manufacturing schedule and requires maintaining a safe, clean work area and complying with personal protective equipment standards. The schedule is first shift: 5:00 AM–2:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:00 AM–11:00 AM on Friday. The starting rate is $23.00 per hour. The position offers wage and career progression opportunities through a batch maker development path; progress is reviewed after 30 and 90 days and is subject to management review and business needs. Eligible employees may earn up to $1,520 annually through the 2026 productivity incentive plan, paid quarterly.

Requirements

Basic math skills.
Ability to operate high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment.
Ability to read and comprehend English.
Ability to lift 50–60 pounds.
Ability to read digital scales.

Responsibilities

Stage and manually charge necessary raw materials into a mixing container.
Follow batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.
Monitor and control mixing equipment and other instruments to ensure batches are produced according to work instructions.
Adjust batches under Quality Control guidance until approved.
Follow the manufacturing schedule and work with the Supervisor regarding potential improvements or concerns.
Clean up the work area to company standards.
Ensure the work area is safe, clean, and free of recognizable hazards.
Immediately communicate spills or other hazards to the floor Supervisor or Safety.
Comply with all personal protective equipment standards.
