About The Position
The Adventure Group is seeking enthusiastic and organized Base Experience Agents to join their front-line operations in Whistler BC. In this role, you will welcome guests, handle check-ins, promote tours, support safety protocols, and help maintain a positive, exciting atmosphere at their base and sales office. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in an outdoor environment, possesses strong customer service skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic, high-energy setting.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and authentic demeanor
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Passion for the outdoors and delivering outstanding guest service
Nice To Haves
- FOODSAFE and Serving It Right certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, or cash outs
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the base team and sales office to complete daily, weekly, and monthly café and administrative tasks
- Provide detailed information about TAG tours and base activities
- Ensure all Health & Safety and Food & Beverage protocols are followed
- Use digital systems for waivers, reservations, and guest processing
- Prepare café food and beverages; complete transactions using Square POS
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect TAG’s values and culture
- Provide feedback to Supervisors and Managers to support operational excellence
- Escalate guest concerns or team issues to leadership promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TAG’s re-sellers and partners
