BAS - Controls Project Manager
About The Position
The BAS Controls Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects in the field, organizing schedules, communicating with subcontractors, and working closely with coordinators. This role involves creating guidelines, directing and organizing the field labor force, ensuring timely purchase and delivery of equipment, and overseeing project execution to ensure smooth operations. The company, founded over 60 years ago with over 3,000 employees nationwide, serves clients in Education (K-12), High rise commercial, Healthcare, Higher Education, labs, and critical environments, working on Service Projects, Retrofits, and new construction.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Project Manager in controls
- Well versed in financial forecasting
- Project budgeting
- Setting deadlines within project scopes
