About The Position

The Bartender is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, supporting seamless beverage service throughout the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas to elevate the overall guest experience. The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional service from start to finish by demonstrating strong menu knowledge, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring each interaction feels personalized and professional. Bartenders are expected to strictly follow state and city alcohol laws while providing quick and efficient beverage service to Servers and hotel guests. A thorough working knowledge of all products served by the bar is essential. This position plays a vital role in upholding service standards maintaining smooth operations, and contributing to a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. The restaurant embodies all Four Seasons cultural standards while operating under the “Ramsay Standard,” with an emphasis on professionalism and excellence expected in any high-level restaurant or hospitality environment. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Team-player mentality to step in and assist in the absence of the Barback or Bar Server.
  • Capability to maintain a high level of physical mobility.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.
  • 1-2 years preferred experience in a similar role with a luxury or upscale restaurant.

  • Demonstrating excellent beverage knowledge, including preparation methods, to effectively inform guests
  • Providing guests with an excellent beverage or dining experience through prompt, accurate, and attentive service, including conflict resolution when necessary
