About The Position
Join the team at Harbour Lights Resort and bring memorable experiences to life for our guests. We’re looking for a skilled and friendly Seasonal Bartender who enjoys creating great drinks, connecting with guests, and keeping the bar running efficiently.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of Cashiering/Cash Handling Experience
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Ability to push, pull and lift to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous Bartender experience
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of mixed liquors and ale’s soda, water, sugars and other prepared beverages.
- Serve other cold beverages such as wine, beer and sodas and collect monies for beverages served as well as food served in the lounge area.
- Prepare bar area in supplies needed such as ice, slice and pit fruit garnishing drinks etc.
- Full knowledge of Micros and end of shift reports.
- Place bottle goods and glasses to make an attractive display. All bottles are placed according to specs.
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.
